As Orka Bathroom, we are committed to pioneering and leading in a way that will ensure that our employees work in accordance with the following principles.

We aim to create a safe working environment by providing the conditions required by the standards, legal regulations and the organizations we are a member of, to carry out the necessary studies for the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases, to raise awareness of the employees, to eliminate the dangers and to reduce the OHS risks, to ensure the consultation and participation of employees and Employee Representatives, and to raise morale and motivation to the highest level with social and cultural activities. Our senior management will maintain its determination in this matter with trainings, meetings and audits, and will continuously improve and develop the OHS Management system it has established.
