CLARIFICATION TEXT ON SUGGESTION AND COMPLAINT PROCESSES
ORKA AHŞAP VE YAPI ÜRÜNLERİ SANAYİ A.Ş. (Hereinafter referred to as “ORKA BATHROOM”), we respect and attach importance to the privacy of private life. For this reason, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").
As ORKA BATHROOM, as data controller; For the purposes of collecting and evaluating complaints and suggestions, if any, and carrying out communication activities in this direction in order to increase the quality of ORKA BATHROOM's services, "Data is provided for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person" in subparagraph f of the 2nd paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK. It will be processed based on the legal reason "processing is mandatory"; It will be shared with our suppliers for the same purpose and legal reason.

You can submit your requests regarding these rights within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK by filling in all the information specified in the Relevant Person Application Form, in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK and the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
