In 1992 under the name of ORKA Ahşap Urunleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti., ORKA Bathroom started its journey by selling building materials. Since 1994, in order to provide better quality service in line with the market needs, ORKA Bathroom became specialized in the bathroom furniture field and shaped living spaces with designs that fit every budget and every space.

 For a quarter-century ORKA Bathroom passion is still ongoing for bathroom furniture sector, which offers outstanding quality, fast and practical solutions to its customers by combining its superior technology and outstanding design power with professional handwork and years of experience.

Since 2015, with the high sense of quality and after-sales service, ORKA Bathroom leads the sector of bathroom furniture in Turkey under the name of ORKA Ahsap ve Yapı Urünleri San. A.S.

Education

Human resources department organizes all inside and outside education programs through the aims of our company and development of our personnels. All education programs are planned based on the budget of education and results of "Education Need Analyses" and "Performance Management System" done at least once per year by department managers for the aim of determination of personal and professional education needs.

Suggestion and Reward System

Through the aim of providing our all personnels at each stage to participate corporate management and increase their involvement in development of our company, we have Reward and Advice System. In this system, our personnel suggestions are approved if they are seen as contributing based on the application results.

Career Planning

Orka Bathroom supports all personnels at each stage for their personel and professional development by providing them equal career opportunities. Our personnels can promote to vertical positions based on the Target and Competency Performance evaluations. Selection

Human Resources in our company considers selection process as a mutual selection process between candidate and employer. For open positions, competent candidates are selected and offered with the approval of human resources, department manager, and senior management. There are also psyhotechnic tests implemented for white collar personnels.
